I am a BC certified teacher but I am also a "certified" Squamish educator. 

​

This diagram shows how all my experiences, and how all my realities overlap with each other. This diagram is from my M.Ed work. Currently the position I hold is a Squamish Language and Culture curriculum developer. I sometimes teach in our adult Squamish Language Diploma course too.

Arriving in curriculum development has been a journey in itself. But as you see curriculum is centralized because it is the sum of all parts.  I need a multitude of experiences to help me create Squamish language curriculum. All is all encompassing and apart of who I am.  These are another extension of my realities. Without my experiences I would not be able to create Squamish-centric material or share my Squamish educator ways of being.
